We currently ship orders within the United States only, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of tobacco products.

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and verification requirements.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and selected service.

Adult signature confirmation may be required upon delivery in accordance with applicable tobacco regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone of legal age is available to receive the shipment.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

Crooked Diamond Cigars offers international shipping via USPS worldwide and declares packages honestly with true contents and values. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, local taxes, and compliance with local laws. The orders ship twice weekly, and the retailer is not responsible for local restrictions or fees.
